Mexico Trade

As a neighboring country of the U.S. and member of NAFTA, Mexico is a natural market for U.S. exporters. Covering almost 1.2 million square miles, Mexico is one of the largest countries in Latin America. Mexico is the United States’ second largest export market resulting in over USD 850 million of trade taking place each day.

U.S.-manufactured products enjoy duty free import benefits under the North American Free Trade Agreement giving U.S. businesses a quality versus cost advantage over other foreign manufacturers. Proximity and access to North American markets and technology have positioned Mexico as one of the most attractive countries for foreign direct investments in Latin America.

You’ll learn how occupying the tip of the Baja Peninsula at the place where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez, Los Cabos features an unusual blend of broad sandy beaches, dramatic rock outcrops and rolling desert foothills that rise to tall mountain peaks. These are all great reasons to invest in properties in Baja California

However, determining whether or not you can make a successful real estate investment in Mexico will first require you to weigh several key factors before diving in. Learn the benefits of living in Mexico full time, part time.

Investment Tours (Cont) Come and see the country’s rich history and vibrant culture, the weather is great all year round, the beaches are pristine, the people are friendly.
